All communications are encrypted end-to-end, so no one but the intended recipient can read them. Only you and the person you’re talking to can access your messages. So you can be secure knowing that your conversations are private and confidential.

Your memories and precious family history are stored on our secure servers and encrypted with the latest technology. Only you have access to the content in your account, and only you can decide who to share it with.

You decide who gets access

Autumn Whispers subscription packages give you a choice between a private account for your access only and one with up to 5-seat invites. With the latter, you can choose only 5 people you wish to access your memories.

Your payment is secure

We use Stripe to handle all transactions. Which is a certified service provider with the highest level of security possible. You can be confident that your data and payment information are safe with us.
We also never store any credit card information on our servers.

How does Autumn Whispers keep my payments safe?

We assign a risk score to every transaction on the app. Transactions with high risk scores are automatically blocked, keeping your payment safe.

What can I do to keep my transactions safe?

What if someone tries to login to my account?

Any login from a new device will require an OTP, which is sent to your registered mobile number. If an incorrect OTP is used three times, your Autumn Whispers account will be blocked for 24 hours, for your own safety.

How to report a fraud

Is it safe to transfer money through Autumn Whispers?

Yes, it is 100% safe to send money using the Autumn Whispers app. The details of your transaction can only be seen by you and the person you are sending money to.

How do I register a fraud complaint on Autumn Whispers?

You can register your complaint with Autumn Whispers Customer Support by clicking on the Help icon on the Homepage of the app. You can also log in to www.sample site and report your issue.

How secure is my information on Autumn Whispers?

As soon as you register on Autumn Whispers, your number is validated via an OTP. There is an mPIN or Password setup for all UPI transactions. Also your login from any device is validated through an OTP verification.
